Message from the Founder
Healthcare has always been personal for me. I started my career as a physical therapist, driven by a deep commitment to patient care and a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. Over time, I realized that creating better care doesn’t stop at the bedside — it takes strategy, systems, and innovation.
As I worked across various settings, performance improvement roles, and enterprise-level client success, one thing became clear: technology can be a powerful force for good in healthcare — but only when paired with thoughtful execution and operational excellence.
After earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Bradley University, I spent over a decade helping health systems and digital health companies improve outcomes, streamline workflows, and launch new solutions. Whether leading client success strategies, optimizing processes, or enabling clinical teams, I’ve always focused on connecting the dots between care delivery and business strategy.
I founded ThriveOps Consulting to bridge the gap I kept seeing — where early-stage healthcare tech companies had amazing ideas and tools, but lacked the internal resources to scale, support clients, or build sustainable success models.
At ThriveOps, I provide fractional customer success and operational strategy tailored for health tech startups. That means you don’t need to hire a full-time team to start delivering value.
